Victory in the Storm

When we read in the Old Testament the many testimonies of how God went with the Israelites into battle and because He was with them, they expected that they would be victorious and they were. They sought God's direction and wisdom and they always came away with the victory. 100% of the time.

Today, God is with us in the presence of His Son, Jesus. As a believer in Christ and in His finished work on the cross, we have Jesus' presence with us 24/7. His Spirit lives in us.

As we seek His direction and wisdom in our circumstances and we move upon His leading, we will be successful every time. It may not be instant. We may have to fight the good fight of faith for a period of time (walking by His promises and not by our 5 senses) but if we know that God is with us and if we don't give up and keep standing on His promises expecting the victory, we too will be successful.
